"Mistake"
What have we done
To our beautiful mother Earth?
What is happening now
That we've made these vain mistakes?
Silence, human
Your ignorance is annihilating
And your fear, destructive
Commit an act of silence
The only suitable form of punishment
The bumps on mother's flesh
Living, breathing, moving
Twisting, disgusting cancer
Filling the earth with infection
Vomiting on it's own foundation
Destiny hangs himself
The body nestled in Gaia's breast
A tomb marked with failures
A coffin built with regret
The Earth will sleep
for one more day
Only to unleash the power within her heart
Vaporizing the lambs' everything
Show the world you love her soul
By destroying yours
"Not a Love Poem"
Another Day
Another relationship killed
Like an eternal spinning wheel
Of murder and homicide
I've put in my time
All the countless hours slaved for you
All the bullets taken for you
My arms nailed to a cross
For you
You took me on a wonderful tour
Through a museum of stress
We frolicked through the flowers
Of your garden of bitterness
We even sailed the six seas
The six seas of animosity
But, oh, how I loved you!
I loved how you spoke words of hate about me
I loved how you fornicated with all my friends
I loved how you stole my money to buy skimpy clothing
(that you used to seduce other men)
I loved how you screamed at me
I loved how you made me wish I was dead
But now
As I sit here on this stormy day
Loss of love and loss of friends
I take one final shot of pain
And I thank this world, myself, and everything
Except you
"Sandy Dream"
The couple walk on the beach
Hand in hand
The ocean's roar filling their heads
The woman's thoughts of the man unaffected
Stopping at a food stand
The boy orders them ice cream
The woman, vanilla
The boy, rainbow
They sit and admire the sun
It's reflection off the blue sea
The birds that fly to the horizon
The squawks that echo in the air
The boy leans over to the girl
and gives her a kiss on the cheek
The girl's cheeks turn to roses
Her mouth into a smile
As the sun goes down
They walk next to the ocean
And admire the sunset's beauty
The orange reflection off the deep blue
The boy speaks to the girl
"I love you, but It is about that time"
"Time for what?"
"Time for me to leave.
I am just a dream
Sent from the Earth
to make you briefly happy"
"Your not real?"
"Only in the dreams of the world
Am I real
Please do not be sad
That I am leaving"
"No! Don't go!"
The boy holds the woman's hand
And gives her a final, tender kiss
And as the wind comes flowing
He drifts away with the sand
The girl falls to the ground
And makes an ocean of her own
With her eyes
What have we done
